1. POA Authority and Exhibition

The Attorney Holder exhibits the registered special power of attorney document duly executed by the true owner. The POA grants specific authority to sell the dwelling unit on such terms as the Attorney Holder deems fit.

3. Scope of Authority

The Attorney Holder hereby confirms that the POA authority includes full power to receive consideration, execute sale documents, and hand over possession to the Buyer on behalf of the true owner.

6. POA Validity and Non-Revocation

The Attorney Holder warrants that the registered special POA is still valid, has not been revoked, suspended, or amended, and remains in full force and effect as of the date of this agreement.
