1. Subdivision Authorization and Memorandum
The Company confirms that the subdivision was done pursuant to the Builder's Memorandum of Subdivision dated _______. The Company exhibits this memorandum and all approval documents for the subdivision.
4. Existing Lease and Tenant Continuity
The Lease Deed dated _______ with the current tenant shall continue. The buyer shall assume all lessor obligations and inherit the lease relationship without any breach or interruption.
6. Rental Income and Collection
Rent accrued until possession date belongs to the seller. From possession date forward, all rent is the buyer's property. The tenant shall be notified of the ownership change and instructed to pay rent to the new owner.
